RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All full-priced, unopened and unused items purchased on our website can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a refund, please email us with your order number and 'Refund Request' in the subject line. You will receive return instructions via email. Please ensure items are securely packed in their original packaging, as we are not liable for any damage during transit.

Once we receive and approve your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method. If the credit does not appear after 7 business days, we recommend contacting your bank directly.

Please note, we do not offer free return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 return shipping fee.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

DAMAGES

To ensure your satisfaction, Route Package Protection is automatically added to all orders, covering your shipment against loss, theft or damage for a seamless delivery experience.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and ‘Damage Request’ in the subject line with a photograph of the damage. All inquiries must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for eligibility. Please note, once the product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper handling thereafter.

If you choose to opt out of Route Package Protection, we cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, and these will not be eligible for replacement or refund. For more information, visit https://route.com/shoppers.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once may be canceled on the day of placement, provided the request is submitted by 2:00PM PT. To initiate a cancellation, please email us with your order number and 'Cancellation Request’ in the subject line.

If your order has already shipped before we process your request, it cannot be canceled. Please note, shipping charges cannot be refunded for orders that have already been dispatched.
